We are a New Zealand–based, integrated land development consultancy providing comprehensive services across civil engineering, architectural design, Land Scape design and building project management. The consultancy is led by Chartered Professional Engineers with extensive experience in the design and execution of civil infrastructure and land development projects, including professional experience working within local council environments. This background provides in-depth understanding of planning controls, infrastructure standards, consenting processes, and compliance requirements, enabling us to deliver outcomes that meet both regulatory expectations and project objectives efficiently.

Our team is supported by strategic partners who are Licensed Master Builders and professional architectural designers, each with over a decade of experience in the New Zealand construction and development sector. This multidisciplinary collaboration ensures that every project is not only well-designed and compliant, but also practical, buildable, and cost-effective.
